Just wanted to let everyone know Connor had a clear scan on Monday! We are ecstatic and HUGELY releived. He is now 31 months from diagnosis, and 20 months off treatment.
He is doing really well. He now wears hearing aids for moderate high frequency hearing loss and has taken to them really well, happily explaining to anyone who asks why he has them. He had his first appointment with an endocrinologist yesterday as his growth is steadily dropping off his expected centiles, and he gains weight really slowly despite eating well. He has ordered various hormone tests. If anyone else has had experience of this I would love to hear from them.
