Just wanted to give another update even though it is not easy to do.
I saw Libby on Thursday and you could tell that she was having difficulties. It was difficult for her to get comfortable and at times it seems like she was a child with CP because she was having trouble making her body move the way she wanted it to.
I was able to lay with her and hold her hand while she feel asleep. Such a sweet little girl.
It is so sad to see her like this because she has always been such a spunky little girl. Lisa and I used to joke that we should get Libby and my son together and hire out their demolition services. We would be rich
Today, Saturday, Lisa and I were going to do some quick shopping but Lisa called in the morning to say she just couldn't leave Libby. Lisa feels that she is now functioning at the level of 5 month old. Unable to sit up because of lack of balance. She spiked a fever yesterday for a few hours and hospice told Lisa this is common for children in her condition and it would happen more often as things progressed.
Please keep the Tamsen's in your prayers.
