In Idaho, I googled Idaho Senate and a link for the Idaho Legislature came up. I found my Senator, and her home address and phone number were listed. I googled West Virginia Legislature, and here is the link that I found.

Believe it or not, Idaho recently passed a bill for a school bus safety license plate, and now I'm told that one for childhood cancer will be difficult to pass. Apparently, we've just had so many new plates recently that the Senate is sick of them. It won't stop me from trying though.
Good luck. Lara\
