I actually saw a representative of this company on tv today and thought I would post it here, It is a company designed to help parents with Mortgage payments who have termanilly ill children,, so far i see that it is focused in Minnesota, however I wonder if there isn't more like this out there.
Info on company:
History Spare Key
A child named Derian Keech was the inspiration for Spare Key. Diagnosed with a syndrome called CHARGE at birth Derian endured eleven surgeries including five heart surgeries during his 2 1/2 years. His parents, Patsy and Robb Keech took eight months of unpaid leave in order to stay with him in the hospital. When Derian died in 1997 at age 2 1/2, the Keechs committed themselves to honoring both his life and the love of their friends and family by establishing Spare Key.
Spare Key started at the kitchen table and funded its first two mortgage payments through the generous donations of a few individuals and the sale of Opus Derian, a cd composed by Steven C. Anderson in memory of Derian Keech.
In 2000, Oprah Winfrey recognized Spare Key and its founders with a ôUSE YOUR LIFEö Award and $50,000. In 2001, Spare Key graduated from the kitchen table and acquired office space and a part-time staff person. In 2003, Spare Key assisted 82 families with one-month's mortgage and has paid out over a quarter of a million dollars in mortgage assistance. To see the most current information go to Data.
The KeechÆs firsthand experience trying to access emergency funds, the constant support of others against the backdrop of their financial fears, and especially their fear of losing their home, led them to create an organization which is practical in design and caring in its approach to the needs of families with critically ill children.
In 2001, Patsy Keech self-published her families story in a book called, Mothering An Angel.

I hope this info can be helpful,
Always thinking and praying for you all
