Hello all,
I wanted to let you know that I talked to Richard Queen from Texas today. He is a 45 year old man that battled with Rhabdoid. He had a total of 8 tumors in his brain, neck and spine. He had an MRI two weeks ago and was clean for the second year!
We are having a fundraiser May 14th for Noah and Bradley. I would like to encourage anyone who would like to come. Richard said he would like to be here, but at this time, cannot say whether he will be or not. He also told me of another man (36) who was dx with Rhabdoid. At the very minimum, Richard would like to contribute to the fundraiser by video phone or telephone. This is amazing! I have invited Richard to join us here on the kids' page. If you have any questions for Richard, please let me know and I will forward his email address to you immediately.
Also, we had a meeting today with the Foundation for Challenged Children. We got a lot of good input and I was able to talk about some of the children. I shared some photos, etc. We are looking forward to a good start with our foundation. \
